Telspace Systems offers a wide variety of services that range from weekly backups of through to attack and penetration testing. However our main focus has always been on the security aspect.
We offer a wide variety of security products and packages for clients that range from small business solutions to corporate business solutions. The following describes the services that we offer:

On and Off site support:

With modern systems and high speed internet available we no longer have to be on the premises of a company to patch systems or handle basic maintenance. We offer contracts where by we would be on site for support purposes such as weekly backups of data and server administration and off site support such as telephonic support or RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) for basic server maintenance.

Attack and Penetration Testing:

Attack and penetration testing is for large or small companies that want a thorough report on their security and want their security to be configured in such a way that not even our highly experienced technical staff could break into – this is known as ‘White Hat Hacking’.

With permission from the company our technical teams purposely try to break into a system and asses its security threats and can either give notice to the company of its possible threats or fix the problems themselves.

Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Weekly or Daily Reports:

Our customized security auditing system was developed by us and is updated daily. It is fully automated which means we can schedule scans for when and how frequently the client would like.

Our security reports come in three options:

The Technical Report:

Affords the client technical information about the servers that have been scanned. With this information the client can either repair any security threats they may have or supply the report to their own IT Technician or team to repair the problem.

The Executive Report:

The executive report is for the corporate leaders who do not want to hear too much about the security threats that were found – they would rather now how long and what it will take to fix it. The executive report provides information that would allow the CEO of a company to know what may be happening on their network. This report is supplied in a very simplified form which means that anyone can understand it without having to know any technical information about the security threats that the report has picked up.

This report is useful for the company that loses bandwidth inexplicably and wants to track network traffic and perhaps wants to see what their employee’s are using internet bandwidth for however this falls under the topic of MSS (Managed Security Services).

Patch Management:

Companies that have many computers usually opt for a WuS or SuS solution. With these solutions their servers will download one copy of the necessary updates and can then distribute those updates on the local network rather than each and every computer downloading every single update that needs to be downloaded. This service applies for both Windows Updates and for antivirus updates.

Firewall Administration:

A vital commodity in any modern business is a firewall; however, even a firewall needs to be maintained constantly for it to remain effective. One of our services is that we get daily new security threats from large security companies such as Symantec and add those to your firewall’s list of identifiable security threats. By doing this you would ensure that your firewall is always able to identify and block all the latest security threats.

Government or Corporate Security Work:

Telspace Systems has done work on all kinds of networks including the largest most secure networks in the country! Because of our very close work to the government and other organizations we understand client privacy and the importance of a secure network for even the smallest of companies.
